Students in our Upper Elementary learning environments exercise their growing independence by means of increased responsibility, through peer collaboration, and by exhibiting follow-through with independent studies.
May Sands Montessori offers extended child care, after the school day, to currently enrolled students. Payment is due at the time of registration. To help us provide the highest quality program, families are strongly encouraged to pre-register.
Parents are invited to watch our students perform tomorrow (5/30) during our talent show. Meet us at the turf area in time for the show at 1:30.
Our Moving up & Graduation Ceremony will take place @ 10:00 at City Hall this Friday, May 31st. This is a special event for our Kindergarten, Third Year, Sixth Year, and Eighth Year students, as they will be transitioning to a new program level; all students will attend the event, however. All staff and students will walk to the event. Parents of students being honored are invited to attend and should plan to meet us at the event.
*Dismissal will take place at noon at school. Any parents wishing to take students home directly from the graduation event will need to confirm an early sign out with their child’s Lead Guide.
