Tomorrow is the first day of Parent/Guide conferences, and we will have a noon dismissal to accommodate these meetings. Extended day care is available during early dismissal days from 12:00-5:30. Families will need to register and pay in advance to secure the $12 rate – please see Ms. Pam.

Students in Kindergarten and Lower Elementary who are not registered in extended day care will wait in the library during their family’s conference. Students in Upper Elementary and Early Secondary are invited to their conference.

Pizza Fundraiser
Our first pizza fundraiser takes place this Friday! Participating students will need to pre-order by tomorrow (Wednesday) so that we have an accurate count. The cost is $3 which includes fresh fruit. Extra slices cost just $1 apiece.
*The free school meals program has been extended through November 30th.

Early Dismissal for After School Care
Due to the expected street closures in Old Town this Friday for the Walking Parade, May Sands Montessori will close Extended Day Care early; thanks for picking up your student by 4:30.

Historical Halloween
Families are invited to campus for our Historical Halloween presentation that will take place at the Chickee area at 9:00. Come see our students show their creativity as they represent historical people that made a positive influence in the world. Homemade costumes are encouraged over store bought ones! Students should come to school dressed in costume, and might appreciate a spare change of clothes for the remainder of the day. There will be a photo opportunity for each class at the close of the event.

Parent Information Night
Join Ms. Suzanne, our Primary Lead Guide as she demystifies Montessori and offers ways to incorporate the Montessori philosophy in your home. Whether your child has been in a Montessori setting, or if this is your child’s first year; this informative hour-long meeting will be beneficial to all families. Sign up to help us ensure we have enough seats: https://www.flipcause.com/secure/cause_pdetails/MjUwMzE=
