May Sands Montessori Rhythm Rewind Raffle Terms & Conditions
1. General Terms
By purchasing a raffle ticket, participants agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions, as well as any decisions made by May Sands Montessori, which shall be final and binding in all matters related to the raffle.
2. Ticket Sales & Eligibility
• A maximum of 2,500 tickets will be sold.
• Tickets are $10 each, with discounted bundles available.
• Participants must be 18 years of age or older at the time of purchase or be represented by a parent or guardian.
• Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable once purchased.
• The raffle is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and is void where prohibited.
3. Drawing & Winner Selection
• The raffle drawing will take place on April 12 2025, unless postponed due to unsold tickets. May Sands Montessori reserves the right to extend the drawing date until all tickets are sold.
• One (1) winning ticket will be randomly drawn, and the ticket holder will be deemed the Grand Prize winner.
• The winner will be notified via the contact information provided at the time of ticket purchase.
• If the winner cannot be contacted or fails to claim the prize within 7 days, the prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner will be selected.
4. Grand Prize & Alternative Cash Option
The Grand Prize winner may choose ONE of the following options:
1. One of Two Travel Packages – Specific details of the available travel packages will be outlined in the raffle materials. Travel arrangements must be made by the winner directly with the designated travel provider, and all travel is subject to availability and booking policies.
2. A $1,500 Cash Alternative – If the Grand Prize winner elects not to claim one of the travel packages, they may choose a $1,500 cash payout instead.
5. Prize Conditions & Restrictions
• The Grand Prize is non-transferable and must be accepted as awarded as chosen.
• If the travel package is chosen, the winner is responsible for all additional costs, including but not limited to: taxes, fees, gratuities, travel insurance, meals, and personal expenses.
• May Sands Montessori makes no representations or warranties regarding the travel package, including cancellation policies or any disruptions beyond its control.
• If the cash alternative is selected, payment will be issued within 14 business days of the winner’s confirmation.
6. Taxes & Legal Considerations
• The Grand Prize winner is solely responsible for any and all applicable federal, state, and local taxes associated with accepting the prize.
• The value of the prize may be reported to the IRS as required by law.
• May Sands Montessori assumes no liability for any claims, damages, injuries, losses, or expenses arising from participation in the raffle or acceptance and use of the prize.
7. Publicity & Use of Winner’s Name
• By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to allow May Sands Montessori to use their name, likeness, and photograph for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
8. Free Entry (No Purchase Necessary)
To receive one (1) free raffle ticket without purchase, mail a written request to:

• The request must include the participant’s full name, mailing address, email, and phone number clearly printed.
• Limit one free ticket per household.
• Requests must be postmarked by March 30 2025 and received no later than April 3 2025 to be valid.
• May Sands Montessori is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, illegible, or incomplete requests.
• Free entry tickets will be treated the same as purchased tickets in the drawing.
9. Modification or Termination
• May Sands Montessori reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the raffle if unforeseen circumstances arise, including but not limited to fraud, technical issues, or legal restrictions.
