Primary Preparatory

As a public school of choice, our Primary program offers a rich, authentic Montessori learning experience for children ages 3 through Kindergarten. Designed to honor the developmental needs of young learners, our classrooms provide the full complement of Montessori materials, carefully prepared to inspire curiosity, independence, and a love of learning.

Our Primary Lead Guide is dual-certified in Montessori education and Florida State teaching standards, ensuring that each child benefits from the best of both worlds—deep, hands-on Montessori learning that also bridges and exceeds Florida State Standards.

Students engage in self-directed, purposeful work that builds foundational skills in literacy, mathematics, science, and cultural studies. This integrated approach supports academic benchmarks while fostering concentration, problem-solving skills, and intrinsic motivation.

Our youngest learners—beginning at age 3—are welcomed into a multi-age community where they learn from and alongside their peers. Through active participation in the prepared environment, they develop scholarly habits, respect for others, and the confidence to take ownership of their learning journey.
