Our school’s governing board seeks a Parent Liaison, who will facilitate the exchange of information across our school and will serve as a representative to address the Charter Board of Directors with any parent concerns. The Parent Liaison must be able to attend monthly meetings of the charter board.

Charter School Committees 
Each family is required to serve on at least one committee. 

Hospitality Committee: Responsible for organizing and/or providing any snacks and refreshments for school meetings, school family community-building events, and holiday parties.  Seeking Chairperson – Contact Heather Linn

Development/Planning Committee: Responsible for researching and reporting to the Board current and long-term financial planning including, but not limited to, building maintenance and repair, expansion, enrollment, and staffing strategies. Chairperson: Eric Dickstein

Finance Committee: Responsible for making recommendations regarding the school’s financial matters, supports the development of the annual budget.

Fundraising Committee: Responsible for developing fundraising campaigns, securing volunteer support for fundraising events, and communicating the progress to the goal. Co-Chairs: Chase HurstKristen WintersMelissa Trader

Grants Committee: Responsible for sourcing potential grants to support quality programming at the school. Chairperson: Patrick Rice

House & Grounds Committee: Responsible for the maintenance and renovation of the school. Chairperson: Craig Reynolds

Parent Involvement Committee: Responsible for motivating parents to volunteer, and facilitating communication across the school community.

Public Relations Committee: Responsible for promoting the school in a positive manner to the community at large by developing marketing materials, creating advertising campaigns, and publishing relevant content to amplify engagement. Chairperson: Susanne East-Brooke

Bylaws Committee: Makes recommendations for any changes that are deemed necessary in our school’s bylaws.
