Health Department Provides Update on COVID-19 Testing Events
Monroe County, Fla. – The Florida Department of Health in Monroe County received an overwhelming response from residents requesting for a test for COVID-19 during the testing events this month. All appointments are fully booked with exception to a few limited that are available in Key West on July 29 and 31. To schedule one, please call 1-786-698-0093. If voicemail is full, please email [email protected]. No walk-ins are allowed.
People who are currently experiencing symptoms should schedule care with their medical provider or emergency room rather than waiting for testing at community events. Also, remember to call your providers ahead of visits to ensure their respective protocols are followed.
