As members of our school’s corporation, at least one representative from each family is required to attend our All-School meetings.
Families will vote on changes to our school’s bylaws and elect new members to our Board of Directors.

We are financially unable to host our biggest fundraising event at this time, as we do not have enough sponsors or ticket sales.
The Fundraising Committee set a new date:
Saturday, March 9th, from 6-10:30 p.m.
We need help from everyone in our school family to make this event happen:

We need to cover the cost of the DJ, the auctioneer, the casino tables, dealers, food, and the servers/bartenders/cleaning crew

★ $1000 – prominent logo placement on event poster, six (6) event tickets, inclusion in social media, printed advertisements and PSA, live promotion at event
★ $500 – prominent logo placement at table and on event poster, four (4) event tickets, inclusion in social media, printed advertisements, live promotion at event
★ $250 – logo placement on event poster, two (2) event tickets, inclusion in social media, printed advertisements, live promotion at event

May Sands Montessori School will receive 10% from every share purchased that is selected for pick up @ school through February 27.All produce is 100% USDA Certified Organic. Shares are thoughtfully put together for easy menu planning.
1. Go online to www.moxieberries.com
2. Select your items: $35 Half share, $55 Full share, $55 Fruit Only share or $55 Veg Only share
3. Choose May Sands as your pick up location.
4. Select the date* you would like to reserve your share.
*You do not have to purchase every week, but every purchase helps our school’s fundraising efforts!
5. Make your payment on the website by credit card, Venmo, Zelle, PayPal or CashApp.
6. Join the Facebook Group to sign up as a volunteer to organize shares, ask questions, share recipes, and share what you love about your delicious organics!
Parent Volunteer Opportunities
- We need help organizing, labeling, and transferring the shares from Peary Court @ 9 am every Wednesday for pickup at the school during dismissal.
- We need help distributing the shares at dismissal.
Monroe County Schools offers advance registration for students, which guarantees their entry into the 7-mile bridge run. Forms are available in our school office. Cost: $25/student |
